week 16

Sunday, April 17, 2011: He already went for my shoes [see week 14] and now he is going for my money? This boy sure knows how to get into trouble. I guess this is just part of being [little, a boy, a toddler, a terror, curious]!

Monday, April 18, 2011: If anyone (meaning myself) was every in doubt of how much Jeremy likes his birthday present, then take a look at this. Jeremy and his BFF "MBP" hanging out late at night, a common sight in our household. 

Tuesday, April 19, 2011: No better reward for hard work and yard work then a trip to Mountain Mikes lunch buffet. The bonus gelato is what wins me over. Say PIZZA!!!!

Wednesday, April 20, 2011: HBI= HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISAAC!!!!! Isaac had a 'casual' real birthday due to the large festivities planned for his party on Saturday. After a special birthday dinner, where Isaac only ate the chicken, we had some angel food cake with whipped cream and bananas [which is practically heaven to a ONE year old.] We then opened Mommy & Daddy presents! Can you see the excitement in his eyes when he opened his special toy chair. Love this little one.

Thursday, April 21, 2011: With a yellow-themed birthday party fast approaching we had to make a Lowe's stop. After seeing these mini adirondack chairs in YELLOW, who could resist this impulse purchase?

Friday, April 22, 2011: Both Grandpa Michael and Grandma Nini flew in for the big boy's shin-dig.  Isaac spent lots of time with Grandpa and Grandma during their trip and I was very appreciative that he was so willing to spend time with them.

Saturday, April 23, 2011: You are my sunshine!! The party was a hit, Isaac played in is bounce house, rode in his wagon,  ate his cupcake, opened presents and hunted for eggs. He also crashed hard at bedtime. So happy we were able to have such a wonderful birthday party for our little mister.
