Week 6

Sunday, February 6, 2011: Can you believe it? We saw Lauren twice with in a week. One time while we were in UT and three days later in CA. Although it wasn't under the best of circumstances (we were in UT for Aunt Erma's funeral and she came to CA for her grandfather's funeral) we were happy to see her just the same.

Monday, February 7, 2011: Umm Isaac, that is not for your mouth. Isaac has had a cold and months ago the booger sucker from the hospital broke. So we bought a few replacements but none of them worked the same. So I was very discouraged and shelled out some big bucks for a battery operated booger sucker. It works alright, although Isaac crawls away if we are holding it cause he knows what it means. But he is happy as can be if he can hold it, just he doesn't know how to correctly use it!

Tuesday, February 8, 2011: At swim practice the other coach Jana and 2 year old daughter Morgan gave Isaac a present. It is a ball bopper, or something like that. There is a little fan that pushes the balls up through the top and then they roll down the little slides and get pushed back up again. Isaac just wants to play with the balls so he will try and catch them or grab them.

Wednesday, February 9, 2011: I have kept Isaac home for awhile cause he has been sick, but I was reading online (where I get all my useful information) and they said that going outside is fine for babies with colds and maybe even helpful if it is more humid outside. So I showered Isaac and put him in clean jammies and we headed to the park. I loves walks so that was a hit, and he also enjoyed the grass and sunshine.

Thursday, February 10, 2011: This picture was taken at nearly 11 pm after almost 5 hours of cookie decorating! Yes, step aside Martha. Cory and Emily have taken over the cookie decorating world. Now don't be fooled by the BW picture, those cookies are frosted in full color glory, practically works of art.

Friday, February 11, 2011: A tube of Blistex, fits perfectly in Isaac's hand. So he crawls around with it, and holds it while doing pretty much everything (at least today he did). Also to be noted, a small on his eye from falling this morning. And we finally went to the doctor and he is on antibiotics for an ear and sinus infection, and hoping it also helps clear up the residual cough. Poor guy, you can hold onto that Blistex as long as you want!

Saturday, February 12, 2011: We were getting a little stir crazy so Jeremy decided we should got bop around Best Buy. We check out cameras, laptops, video games and head phones. Pretty much just saw all sorts of cool gadgets that would be way awesome to have but that are way over priced for our budget. We are pretty gadgety folks over here so it is hard to say no.
